Recurring orders

When you select a subscription, you authorize recurring charges and deliveries at the frequency shown at checkout. Review the product price, shipping charges, applicable taxes, and billing frequency before completing your purchase. A one-time purchase does not create a subscription.

Managing or cancelling a subscription

You can cancel, pause, or skip an upcoming subscription order through your subscription management portal. For help accessing your subscription or requesting other changes, contact info@happyendingenergy.com.

Make changes before the next order is processed to prevent that order from being charged. Cancelling a subscription stops future recurring orders; it does not automatically cancel or refund an order already processed. If an order has already processed, contact us promptly for help.
